Traction Bar legnths
Hey Guys,
Was wondering what the best all round length for traction bars would be. The truck is used to tow a boat and haul stuff every now and then. I do take it off road but nothing crazy. Any help with experience would be appreciated. Also would like opinions on heim joints vs bushings for the bar ends.
Thanks

Best thing you can do is give Mike a call at Lazarsmith.
He makes all kinds of bars of different lengths and has a wealth of knowledge.
His stuff is not cheap though. I have had a set of his bars for a few years now and am still very impressed with the quality and performance.

Thank for the reply soulezoo, Ya the Lazarsmith bars look great and haven't herd anything bad about them just expensive, but not unreasonable due to material, shipping, welders wages and so forth. Guess I should have mentioned I was going to fabricate them in my Dad's shop. What length are you running???
Thank you.
Thank you.
