Anyone noticed the stock program on the TNT will still let the engine turn to 3500 rpms?

I think it's one of the injectors. Loaded the REVO and then went back to stock, and still smoking. Just started this weekend while towing.

Still using the same additives? I'm hearing alot about this lately, I hope it's not the S!@T fuel we get nowadays.

 

That's what I've been thinking about mine as well. I seem to have lost a good bit of fuel mileage (~4 mpg).

I've been running a small dose of bio for lubrication (<20%), as well as Schaeffer's diesel treat.

For filtration, I'm running a strainer before the walbro, a 7-micron in the OEM canister, the GDP 2-micron, and then FilterMags around the 2-micron housing.

I plan on taking off Thursday and Friday to pull the injectors and send to Don. Hopefully I can get the Helix 2 and springs installed before the injectors get back.

Right now I have a heavy dose of Power Service Diesel Klean and Marvel Mystery Oil in the fuel. Will try several tanks of the additives and if that doesn't work I'll be upgraded to Don's Flux 1's.
