I can't say 'cause I haven't run the air bumps. But I can say these work extremely well.

These are much, much cheaper than air bumps. But the air bumps are tunable like a shock. I think Baja Mike at Carli's shop is going to run both.

Wow BOTH sounds interesting. Soft set bump with another fail safe or true cushion to land on. I like it.

What did they set you back, if you dont mind me asking?(I didnt see them on Don's site yet)

And dumb question, but how much clearance is there between the bottom of the stop and the axle stop pad?
My cheapo superlift bumpstop gives you a whole 1.5" of travel before bottoming out...

I think Don is selling them for $125, but I'm not sure. Be sure to ask him for the actual price. I bought them in a package with the leafs and shackles so I really don't know what I paid. They're on Don's site at the bottom of the home page under "Shop News".

I just measured for you and there's 2-1/2" clear at ride height. And my truck only has about 2-1/2" of lift up front. And when you need them they'll compress 2-1/2".

I must have missed it

Awesome, thanks! I think having my suspension "bottom out" after only an inch and a half of travel is contributing to the already stiff superlift springs, for a pretty cruddy ride

Yeah it is! You can't even tell when Don's bumps are working. When he comes out with a set for the rear I'll be jumping on them also.

'They have to limit the travel with their kit.The spring will bow enough to hit the frame right before the front housing bends.Running that kit at Glamis is an expensive lesson.
