Curious why you didn't put bigger tires on?

Just didn't need to, Always had 33's and never thought to put bigger. Would I have to change gearing if I were to put bigger tires?

Not if you had a diesel!

I had 33" Cooper ATR's on my truck when I leveled it, I thought they looked too small but they had a real mild tread. Got rid of them, they were pretty lousy tires.

Anyways I really like the great discussion between Carli and Thuren kits, very interesting. I just installed my Carli suspension on my truck and this Suspension is a beast.

What comes with this kit is:

FEATURES
Bilstein 7100 Series Remote Reservoir Shocks (15mm Bearings Top and Bottom)
6061 Billet Clevises and Hardware
Multi-Rate Coils Springs
5-Leaf Progressive Spring Pack
Zinc Plated U-Bolts
Stainless Sway Bar End Links With F.K. Bearings
Limit Straps
Adjustable Track Bar
High Misalignment Spacers
Reservoir Mounts

I upgraded to full leaf by Deaver, Control arms mild steel, and Torsion Sway Bar.

My experience with this suspension is really is a 9 out 10 on the street and a
7 out of 10 off road. If you go with Carli you will not be disappointed. Even my wife who wasn't to thrilled about me getting this kit is now a believer. Carli did his research and after 2 years of research myself seeing what they do on youtube with anything Carli , reading reviews, talking to people, picking every ones brain that knew anything about lift kits in general i was hooked on Carli.

So I bought this kit from 8lugtruckgear Spoke to George he was very knowledgeable.

The kit came in had it installed by a good friend i also picked up a set of Fuel off road Octanes and rapped them with a set of Nitto Trail Graplers MT's
285/70R17 E121/118Q
Again really happy with this buy as well

Well, I hope this helps anyone on here if you have any questions fell free to ask willing to help. Austin

Your truck looks good. Was this a lift or leveling kit? On the rear leaves, does it sag any more than stock with the same load in the back?

Personally I like the size of the tires. I never liked cramming tires in fenders that it looks like a tire marshmallow under there. That or giant tire balloons at the ends of the axles.

This a suspension upgrade Carli's 2.0 kit levels the truck. To tell to you true story when I went to pick up my new kit with the stock suspension you could really feel it. Pallet weighed in at 600lbs because of the full leaf pack from deaver. Then after my kit was install and all my old stock parts put on the same pallet it was like nothing was there. Really impressed with how soft deaver springs are and still out perform stock. No sag at all.

Yah I never did like that marshmallow look either.

Finished installing my carli front/rear springs....all ican say is wow, what a difference over skyjunker. I bought the truck w/the sj system already on it. Only one day of driving so far but it's very noticeable in the the improved ride! I can attest that my dash cracking was prob 50% due to the crap harsh ride. I ended up w/3rd gen coils in front w/the heavy bumper and only lost 1.5". Still plenty of room for the 315bfgs.
