Those who are REVO BETA's...
For the special ones who get to be Beta tester's for the new REVO sw from MADS, can you answer a couple of questions....?
1. With the adjustability of timing with the selection of CATcher SW, stock, after market and #4. Which produces the most smoke output??? I am trying to dial in my truck before we get this DL. I am trying to keep smoke to a min.
2. For stock injectors, what level for RP is considered equal to running a pressure box? (MP-8, X2)
3. Are the TQ MG levels the same as previous versions? I mean, does Wild still require after market trans, and MOD still need light foot for stockers????
I can't wait for this to be released to us, this truly is REVOlutionary and just makes me more proud every day that MADS has made the cummins so competitive in the power world!!!!
THANKS FOR THE WONDERFUL WORK!!!!! MARCO AND BOB!!!!!

2 Day's of testing so limited knowledge....level 7 catcher
1. With the adjustability of timing with the selection of CATcher SW, stock, after market and #4. Which produces the most smoke output???
- Tried #2 and #4...#4 has a haze at light / moderate throttle....#2 does not (but id did cool down some today so that could also be a variable)....on #4, i thought i ate an injector as it hazes pretty good....but great throttle response / power....little too much rattle for me...
2. For stock injectors, what level for RP is considered equal to running a pressure box? (MP-8, X2)
- Can say vs pressure box, but #3 is very similiar to beta 4.4 (8k idle, 17k cruising, 25k max)...really want to try #4, but have stock injectors...waiting for AD150 to arrive and may try #4 after better filtration...
3. Are the TQ MG levels the same as previous versions? I mean, does Wild still require after market trans, and MOD still need light foot for stockers????
- Appear to be the same to me....and yes, wild would need trans mods, esp with the increased power at higher levels....i'd think even on level 1 (100ish hp)
Hope this helps

What is the reason why Stock injectors cannot run on 4 for pressure? Will it take the tips off of them? #3 sounds like all I want to run with my truck when it comes out I am just an info junky... Need to know why?

I am under the impression that running RP on #4 will lead to cracking stock injectors.
IMO I would not even run #3 without proper filtering to prevent blown injectors...

With stock programming RP maxed out @ 23k
With current 4.11 sw I see 23.5-24K
While stacking 4.11 and Quad X2 psi only would see 26.5-27K @ WOT
Anything above 23K is in my mind over stock..I hear that the injectors and rail are good for up to 30K, but without proper filtering they will pop at lower levels.
