I got my best tank ever w/Revo @ 18mpg hand calc, I did go only 60mph on the highway. Before it was 14.4mpg doing 70mph. 50/50 highway/city. One good hard excceleration, the rest like an old lady. I am ahppy w/it. Don't know about Beta's.

So the lose with the beta is probably because it fuels more down low?? im guessing idk... when i ran the revo tnt towing my boat i only got 11 mpg and when i went back to the revo i got 13.9 again. Both suck but revo was still better. I ran the beta yesterday and compared it to the tnt and the beta seemed to have alot more power compared to the tnt when you are going 65 then accelerate hard. beta definately had more

I think the pressure ramp is alot more on the 4.4beta.Running a pressure box with the Revo tunes seems to put the SOTP feel back inline with the beta's.I do know that my truck runs ands tows better with the TNT tune but this is after many adjustments finding the sweet spot.

my commute just doubled, so recently switched to TnT level 5...In my experience 4.4 is about 2-3mpg less than Revo TnT....granted, that's level 9 on 4.4 and level 5 on TnT....

How is this possible? What speeds are you traveling? I'm assuming hand-calculations, correct?

I'm running the Revo software on my truck with 35's and got 12.24 on my last tank...

I get pretty good with 4.2, usually around town even with it cranked up I get like 15-16 and on interstate usually about 22mpg. I try to turn it down and get better but I just hate not having the power on demand!! But when i turn the tst with it my god I can watch the needle move!!
