well truck has 14,000 miles on it, 07 dodge 2500. burned transmission up, putting a ATS transmission in. 7,000 dollars for the ATS transmission. i am even scared i will burn that trasmission up too. don't really have the funds to keep paying for 7,000 dollar trasmissions. i been reading a lot of these forums, seems like the bullydog is trashing a lot of tranny's. Don't want to take the chance and burn up the ATS. what does everyone think, you all think it can burn up the ATS trans?

 

If you dropped $7k on a tranny my guess is you've got a pretty beefed up one. If that's the case then I think your safe.

 

My stocker and Bullydog, Smarty, Diablo, etc. all play well with each other lol. And believe me I have thrashed on it.

 

what gear do you have the 4.10 or the 3.73? i have the 3.73 with 37" tires i think that may be putting to much stress on the tranny

 

the new tranny is desgined for abuse. enjoy it

37s and the triple dog was indeed putting stress on your stock tranny. If you spent 7k on a ATS tranny then im assuming you paid for one of the higher end units... With the mods you have listed on your sig your new tranny will take it no problem while laughing at you cause you think your hurting it.

 

ya i just don't want to spend that much for a tranny ever again!! i got ATS stage five!! dont' ever want to pay for another tranny!

 

If you beat on any of them too much they will eventually go on you, sorry. I just dropped 6 g's on an HTS, so far so good, but its still getting broken in.
