terrible experience with dyno today

First experience and it was terrible. The shop had no idea what they were doing with the dyno. It was a mustang dyno. I called mustang dyno to see if they would do anything to back up the shop, figured the shop is representing them and they said they simply sell the machine they dont control what happens after the sale. Oh and they sell the training it isnt mandatory. i would recomend to all. FIND AN EXPERINCED (DIESEL) DYNO SHOP! I can tell you were not to go in Delaware county, Pa

Was that at Evolution in Aston? I wanted to try it on one of their dyno days but there wasn't room for an extended cab with an 8 foot bed.

that stinks, after all that you sound like you never got a dyno number, and if ya did don't trust it. Wasted time goin comin and fuel, not to mention a tad of blood presure........ dealin w people that have no idea what they are doing is the worst. I hope you refused payment..... I would have really messed with their heads, I would have told them that in order to do the test correctly the shop door had to be closed and the exhast vent tube off do to its "restrictive nature" that would have showed them a thing or two

No it was not at Evolution. I think they do have the better of the two mustang dyno's in delco by the way. And I also understand they have dynoed a few diesel's as well. To be 100% honest with the response i got from the guy at Mustang dyno im not sure i will get back on one. Really id like to just find somebody that knows what the heck there doin. When i stopped in evolution about three wekks ago, there response was "Shame you dont have a ford we can get you 240hp just off a tune in the dyno" (I was born yesterday) So lets see. I want to earn your business with my great customer service so i will brag that I can make an additional 240 hp on a ford. Yep they sound bright. (maybe I shouldnt be to harsh I dont know em) just first impressions. Oh by the way there just happens to be a ford dually parked outside of evolution

I would have also liked to refuse payment, however I am more the quiet type and basically payed to get the hell out of there. I honestly thought mustang would stand behind the shop. I already told you what they said
