I am looking for the best (ride quality for the money) way to get about 8 to 10 inches of lift on my truck. Most all of the kits I see advertised are 3 to 6 inches only. 06 2500 QC 4X4

 

From the research I have done, Kelderman Air Ride (www.keldermanairride.com) would be the way to go for ride quality regardless of lifting AND they happen to have a 10" lift (goes to like 15" when parked and shoks are topped out)

 

There's a good reason why you only see kits offered up to 6". Anything more you'll have driveline problems. Lots of folks with a bad vibe in the front and rear drivelines with 5-6".

You'll need a longer front driveline (high angle), clock the transfer case, drop the center support bearing, longer drag link, drop pitman arm, longer sway bar links, longer brake lines, the list goes on. This is in addition to long arms, coils and new rear springs.

Hope you plan on keeping it 'til the wheels fall off, you'll never get your money out of it if you sell it.

Keldermann is gonna cost $$$$$$......your other option is to go full custom with a reliable fabricator, again, $$$$$$

If you see an off the shelf 8-10" kit, run away from it. Every one I've seen has been under-engineered to the point of being dangerous to other folks on the road.
