Strange shake at idle.... Didn't hear any missing

This morning I pulled up at work and my truck had a shake too it. It's always idled smooth as silk. It still had it this afternoon but when I got home all was well. Back to smooth as silk again. Any ideas?

Rail pressure and LP pressure were normal.

Mine too but it cleared up. I did check for any water by draining both water seperators, nothing.

Mine would do it I would run some power service through it and it would clean up for a while. I just got my injectors back from Don and turned out I had a black algae problem I was unaware of.

I've had a consistent shake at idle on my '06 ever since I got rid of the oe clutch and put in the SB sprung hub dual disc. Fluidampr didn't cure it either.

Since it appeared instantaneously after the clutch install, I just assumed the oe unit did an excellent job in damping the Cummins vibrations and haven't given it a lot of thought since. The new clutch doesn't slip, and for that I'll put up with a little vibration.
