Stacking Smarty Jr. with XZT stack program with boost??

Has anyone or does anyone have any input on if the boost fooling in the XZT stack program will affect the Smarty Jr. and how?

I just stacked my XZT, & Jr. a couple days ago. But I'm useing the stack/no boost program. I see 41# boost. I'll bet if you stack the boost program it would set a code, & possibly overspool your turbo.

That sucks, just had the XZT reflashed by quadzilla for the stacking program about a month ago. They told me at that time they could not remove the boost fooling. Now they have a program without boost fooling for the stacking program. Just plain pressure.

Looks like I get to send it in again. Shipping both ways again sucks.

With or without boost fooling on the XZT shouldn't matter. I ran my X2 both ways and didn't notice a difference.

Pauly,
Did you check boost pressures when you ran the stacking program with boost fooling along with your Smary Jr.?
Thanks,
Ron

Actually I'am trying different combinations for MPG increase.
My theory is better timing and fueling maps from the Smarty Jr. and more fuel pressure from the XZT will atomize the fuel better for increased MPG. I'am asking questions first and then experimenting to see what happens.

I know someone will think to themselves or out loud why should I worry about boost pressure if I'am going for MPG. I tow and do not want to over boost or over spool my turbo and like most others when not towing I do every once and awhile romp on the throttle.

I did. Saw 41 psi both ways.

We're talking about the Smarty Jr, not the regular Smarty. Smarty Jr is maxed out at 100 hp with no pressure added, hence the desire to add a pressure box.

Hi Bluebull,

I plan on doing about the same as you since I have updated my XZT to the 2series and now have a Smarty. I do tow a 13K 5er so towing numbers are important. My problem is I have to improve my fuel system before continuing. Keep up your testing and let us know how it is working.

Thanks
