Question about MMM and XZT stack program

If the XZT stack program is pressure only whats the difference between it and the MMM?

Is there any Hp difference between them?

A LOT!!

They are not even close to being the same. Actually I cannot even compare them as there are ZERO similarities.

Pressure only tune is made to stack with Downloaders and other boxes such as Juice, TST etc.

MMM is designed to increase efficiency so you get better mileage.

MMM will net 0 peak horsepower change. Pressure only tune will make a pretty good jump in power.

Thanks qzilla for answering my question.

Another question.
1. If a person was to use a stacking program XZT conservatively (light foot) could a person net the same (or close to) fuel mileage gains as the MMM?

2. I know someone who has a Stack program XZT and he tows so he likes it for the extra power for the hills, flat land he says he has plenty of power in stock form. Would he be better off sending the XZT stack box back and getting a regular XZT or keep the stack box or buy a MMM? I guess I'am trying to say would he be better off keeping his XZT stack program box which has plenty of power for his needs or send it back or buy the MMM. He's looking for the extra power he already gets but would like a little better fuel mileage.

Thanks,

1.) It is possible but, not likely with the stacking tunes. You would be much better of with the regular XZT tuning.

2.)Hmmm, that is a tough question that I cannot answer. Seems to me he would be money ahead upgrading to the X2 XZT and then he can load whatever he wants and determine what is best for him and it costs a LOT less than sending it back and forth and back and forth.

A lot of what you are asking is sort of an individuals choice. If he goes the MMM route he looses some power obvisouly. His fuel mileage should be better but, then again he is obvisouly stacking it and how the MMM reacts to his particular stack is unknown.

The upgrade is the ticket for him, then he can do whatever he wants any time he wants.

whats the difference between the MM with 70hp Download and a XZT2? I got decent fuel mileage with the XZT2 with some decent power. So is the MM better with 70 or XZT2 for fuel Mileage?

He's not stacking any more but still has the XZT stack module. I Should have relayed that info first. He just needs a little extra umph going up small hills to keep the truck from shifting down. This is on an 06 auto truck.

1. So would he gain any performance for that purpose from a MMM?

2. If you can post what it would cost to upgrade to a X2 from the stack box would you do that please or PM me.

I hear yah about the sending the box back and forth a quad-zillion times looking for the right tune. Money saved in shipping alone could possibly be worth it not to mention the time in shipping and your guys consumed time too. (plug)

Thanks for answering my questions.

AS I stated before, the MMM is NOT for performance. If he wants performance he will not be happy with the MMM.

On our website there is a whole upgrade section that is easy to read and spells out the exact costs of the upgrades.
