The TST is one of if not the best overall. But it is really for fairly high horsepower and requires enough mods to support the stack.

Some are having good luck with pressure only boxes. I have seen posts on EZ, Quad XZT and MP-8 that seem to be working well.

I have TST and EZ stacked with mine. EZ and Smarty only also works fine on mine.

I have the Van Aaken C3.1 stacked with mine right now and it does a very good job.

The Quad Race is definitely a pressure-only box?

So without timing, it's "safe" to turn up the Quad with SW#9 loaded in the ECM?

tst is stacked on my smarty. seems to good so far. cant turn on high levels at the moment because of high egts. when I get a turbo in a week im going to run it a little higher. It seems to run pretty strong but im running out of fuel in the rail I believe

Even if it's a pressure-only Quad box, won't it still indirectly add timing since it's altering the MAP and rail pressure sensor readings to the ECM?
