My old man is really interested in my brother and I's diesels. He loves to see up race and pull but he worries about things breaking. He told me today i need to start thinking about a spare engine since i dont have another vehicles like my brother does. My question is what could i get a slightly used 05-06 CR motor for, the H.O. model?

Just scour eBay, they seem to be on there quite frequently, new and used with a broad range of pricing. If I ever get ahead, I am going to get a spare.

 

There are new in the crate 325hp engines on ebay for $6k.
