Says a trainload of Dodge trucks de-railed. Hmmm, I bet there's lots of other parts available somewhere too.

I'd like a new bumper; and sounds like some folks would like some new gears or different gears.....

...Possibilities....

It's not often that only one train car derails, it's usually the whole thing, it certainly would have been in the news. I don't live far from Kalispell, sure seems I would have heard about this...

You realize that is what was said about the engine I bought, the new long block that cracked. Must be more train accidents than I thought.

While I cant address how often these occur, they do occur.

I remember back a while ago, someone posting the news of a train derailing with a bunch of 2003's on it.

It was about the time Scotty was awaiting his new truck to be shipped.

Perhaps this is the derailment?

I'm still thinking the ebay claim of derailment is BS.
I'll bet DC totally scraps any rigs that are severely damaged for insurance purposes.
I had a gig down in Mexico years ago recovering rental cars that loco tourists drove into the ocean. Tide would take them out and fill them with sand, used a
D-7 Cat to pull them out. Rental companies asked that I run over them with the cat and smash flat for insurance purposes. If they sold parts the insurance settlement wouldn't work out as well for them.
