I bought My 04.5 and have goten pure MPG sence, (10.6) at best I wanted more power (who dont) and better MPG so I got a Dodgezilla tow box and installed it After reading I could see 4 MPG better well it ran better But it was noisy I didnt like the injector clatter i got with it and My MPG stayed the same 10.6 at best. so I gave SP-Diesel a try cause I use to run a sp power box on my ford.
Well I got a stage1e SE box from them and I have to say im inpressed, I got 15.8 MPG in the Fuel efficiency setting it also has 5 power settings/levels and stock and I can now read my Rail pressure right off the box.

I was on the other thread But it gues it got locked, I just want to say one thing, IM not part of SP-Diesel nor do i work with or for them in amy way.
I ran there stuff on my old 99 ford so i thought i would try there stuff on my dodge.
I did try a quad box and was not that inpressed, it did run better but the milage was the same 10.6 around town and 11.3 at best highway.
I tryed the sp box and my MPG went way up on the highway 16.4 last time and it went up a bit in town the truck runs smoother and quiet, non of that injector clatter i had before. Im just giving my experience here not doing anything other then that. I think SP- offers a free 30 day try. Try it and see if you like it.Be your own judge.

That is all im going to say on this cause i dont want to be the next one on the outside looking in because i like a sp-product and quad dont get along with them.

 

Does the SP-Diesel unit address any of the following: 1) does it remove the torque managment feature? 2) does it turn off the top speed limiter. 3) does it turn off the defueling feature of the ecm? 4) does it recalibrate your speedo for bigger tires and wheels? Tks.
