The funny part is I will probably we the one that gets into trouble for telling you guys how to do it!

You know this was told to about 2 guys and it got out somehow, imagine that!!

I am not sure it will even work with a TST or any other box other than a Quadzilla box but, it is simple to try.

The MAP sensor has 4 wires. Use a Voltmeter and find the 5v wire with the key on. Jump that wire to Pin #D on the plug. The plug is marked. Use the switch to allow the 5V over to Pin D. So one wire to one side of a toggle and one wire to the other.

So if I cant find 5v this wont work? I checked all the wires that come from the TST to the map and nothing. Should I be checking the pigtail that comes from the motor?

The MAP sensor wiring harness from the ECM has a wire that has a constant 5 volts. Make sure the key is on. Once you find that one, cross it to one of the other wires. Look at your TST and see what the reading it. If it didn't change, cross it with the other wire. The TST should read 40lbs of boost. On the later trucks, they hate of you do this. You'll throw a high boost code.

When you found both wires to do the trick, put a switch in the cab that connects the two.

dont just connect and see what happens. you'll set a code that way. find the 5vdc wire with key on. that's one of them. then find the wire that is 0.5 vdc at idle, key on works too, you need lowest manifold pressure reading. that is the other one. install a toggle between the 2. on is smoke, off is normal.
if you flip it and get really low power and a cel, you have found the wire for temp. wrong one.

The singla wire for the map sensor is PIN D. There is no searching for it and it should be more like 1.2 volts I believe.

There is without a doubt a 5v wire on the map sensor.

Heck, here ya go.

Pin C to Pin D

Thats on the oem plug? I went from the 5v oem plug to pin d on the tst plug (the one that goes into the top of the motor), it showed 42 psi with the plug unhooked but and with the switch on, with the switch off it showed 22 psi. But when I hooked the tst map plug back in boost read 0 again. Im a little unsure which harness I tap into, the stock one the tst to the block, or the tst jumper plug that the oem plug hookes into? I think I may have it right, and it doesnt work on the tst.

IT WORKED WOOHOO!! Do just like Quad said wire C to D, one the TST plug that goes to the top of the head. I think I was making it way harder that it is. I get a big puff off idle with no load on the motor. Thanks for all the help guys.

PS Vin mine hasnt given me any codes so far
