Are you using the most up to date driver from Mar. 5, 2009? I had a problem like that one time and I installed all the newest drivers and downloader and it worked after that.

I could not get my to download using my laptop that has vista on it. Had to go use the other laptop. It's running windows.

Thats odd. I have Windows Vista and don't have any problems....the only thing I can say is delete all the USB and cdm files, restart the computer and try again fresh from the start.
