Smarty SR Problem

Anyone have it where the truck was bucking and would barely make it up a hill. The pyro went from 600-1000 real quick. Check engine light came on and then retrieved the code 1203 and 2146. Unplugged Smarty and seems to be ok. Did the Smarty give up the ghost.

I don't recognize those codes as engine codes. How did you retrieve the codes? Key ON/OFF/ON three times or with the SMARTY?

I got it with the Smarty. All seems to be well today but have no programmer. Sucks at this point.

I say reload the SMARTY and see it the issue comes back.

And are you running an aftermarket lift pump? I don't see one in your sig.

What program are you running with the smarty? I don't think that the TNT worked well with the 03 and early 04's.

I am running a stock pump. Truck is set at 60 hp as I have stock trans. Loved the mileage and extra power. I don't have the TNT as I have the revo. I will try and reload. The Smarty code showed injector circuit # 3 bank.

I don't see a fp gauge in your sig, or rail pressure... do you have either?

No, I can hear the lift pump running and it is now working good with no programmer. I just changed the fuel filter and have done every 6 months. I have new injectors as well as a new injection pump. I have about 8000 kms on those new from Chrylser. If I reload the program do I need to reload on the truck or reload the Smarty Software from the site.

Just reload the SMARTY program to the truck's ECM.

Possibility that the stock lift pump is getting weak. And with the extra demand for fuel from the SMARTY programming it's showing up.
