SMARTY & Quad stack...
I just got my SMARTY last week and love it. I am currently running on lvl3 w/o my Quad on. From my understanding the SMARTY does not do boost fooling without the aftermarket twins program. My questions it if I decide to stack these two but run the Quad on lvl0 which still boost fools, do I need to run my SMARTY on level2 so I dont run into a timing disaster?
Also what is the consequence of running the SMARTY on level2 or any other even# program which does not add timing?

There are no consequences of running Smarty on any level as long as the Quad remains on Zero. You can run odd or even numbers. If you do run the levels that have timing, you lose the adjustability of the Quad. Quadzilla will remove the timing from the box if you send it in, but you'll likely lose resale value if you do that.
I'm running even numbers and Quad on 60.
