Well interestingly enough I found on my 06 that the Smarty seems to make the hardstarting condition on my rig. I pulled off all my mods and went stock for a week, no hardstarting issues at all. Then I got sick of the no-power and loaded up the Smarty and the hard starts came right back. Maybe the smarty program changes something in the injector. Any suggestion? By the way, I had the TSB Long Crank done some time ago before I purchased the Smarty. The smarty is the TNT Revo.

 

What's the timing set to?

Have you tried Timing #3?

And running some extra rail pressure?
