Ok, we are scheduled to run our trucks on Monday, Aug. 4th from 5pm to 7pm at Meridian Motor Sports. Unlike Dyno Days, we won't feel the pressure to hurry up and let the next guy on the Dynojet. We will have plenty of time to make sure this gets done right. No stone will be left unturned.

Just installed the SMJR, set it on the 70hp setting... First impressions are that it is very smooth power, no noticeable smoke and no new engine noises... Will be towing my fiver today...

We dyno'd this evening at Meridian Motor Sports. All runs were run on a DynoJet. We started with my truck and my programmer. We ran two runs for stock, two runs on SW#1, two runs on SW#2, and two runs on SW#3. The results were virtually the same as before. John (ah64id) will scan and post all the dyno sheets in the next few days.
Then we ran John's truck with my programmer. The following are the results:
Stock - 322 hp/588 tq (run 1)
323 hp/591 tq (run 2)
SW#1 - 335 hp/691 tq (run 1)
337 hp/694 tq (run 2)
SW#2 - 426 hp/792 tq (run 1)
427 hp/804 tq (run 2)
SW#3 - 435 hp/801 tq (run 1)
431 hp/802 tq (run 2)
Now John's truck with Beta 4 on my programmer:
SW#1 - 324 hp/673 tq (run 1)
327 hp/674 tq (run 2)
SW#2 - 432 hp/804 tq (run 1)
432 hp/806 tq (run 2)
SW#3 - 437 hp/808 tq (run 1)
430 hp/806 tq (run 2)
My box is running on John's truck as the same program between SW#2 and SW#3 like it is on my truck. But the most surprising thing we learned today was that this issue is also showing up on the Beta 4 version. SW#2 and #3 is the same program on the Beta as well.

It isn't so much that there's not much difference between the two. Rather, that the two programs are the same (both on the original version and the Beta 4). That's the problem. When John posts the dyno sheets, you will see what I'm talking about. The lines follow the same path from the beginning to max power.
