I get enough with my Revo software set @ #2, 2,2 that I am always aware of what's behind me. Don't need to smoke out our local law enforcers. Granted not the coal the sleds pullers get but sure piles more than stock.

The 04.5 and newer trucks smoke a lot more than the 03-04s. For reference... my nephews 05 with the Jr. on sw#2 smokes more than my 03 with the Jr. on sw#3 and the MP8 at 100%. I think its mostly due to the third injection event.

I run mine on #1 and have never tried any other setting (yet). The smarty jr. did boost my mileage and that is why I purchased and tried it.
I have an aftermarket exhaust and it does leave a heavy film on my back bumper and lower 1/4.

I really don't notice any smoke unless I grid it up over 2k RPM's other wise I really don't see any smoke. I have my jr set on SW 1 eco lvl fuel savings.

On an '03 auto the only way to get smoke is lugging it... even full throttle is only a puff. That's with the original programming, haven't tried the new versions.
