I'm wanting to add more hp to my current set up but am wanting to know what other features are being offered by now for the 2003-2004 models. I really am needing the highest rpm available for sled pulls. I realize upgraded valve springs are required and are in the works. What else can I expect from the mighty Smarty?

C'mon guys, help me out here... can someone even point me in the right direction or let me know for sure what is available, I know what has been rumored but I need to know for sure and my search didn't seem to nelp me much.

 

A race tune (230 hp) that may include pressure, 4000rpm , and 1st class power delivery from Italys finest. The 4000rpm tune has been tested on an early 04 so I know it will be possible, but yes springs definitely will be needed.

The good thing about the Smarty is the optional programs. You can find a tune to match your driving, or your uses.

 

Rick, thanks for the response. I wasn't sure if these features were available for the public or if they were still in beta stages. Is Bob Wagner still the best and cheapest place to get them?

 

The Race Verison is not yet publically available, but should be comming relatively soon.....minimal details...but piecing it together it should offer some combination of the following:

- 4k rpm (search on you tube for video....apparently being tested)
- 230hp (per bob w)
- pressure (it was available in beta 4.2, 4.3, 4.4) the predicessors to the
Race versions, so would assume that Race would also utilize pressure

Bob is definatly the place to get the smarty, that or right here on DTR.....same price....

 

Sorry for not clarifying. ^^^jgiachino said it correctly, its not available yet, but will be coming soon. New programs have been released to replace the old catcher tunes, and the wild #9 offers alot of punch.
