I got a P0602 what does that mean?

 

its no big deal. you can clear it with the smarty. update you version and if shouldnt come back

Yeah, what Brett said. Download new code from the Mads Electronics site and update the Smarty. It will take about 35 minutes to update. Follow the directions on the website for downloading the USB drivers before plugging in Smarty and setup the 7-zip program to unzip the new Smarty file (before running the download program).

 

I'll get the software on my laptop Ryne and we will update it on Thrus. Morn if you are availible.

 

the smarty wouldnt tell you what the code was? you will need that smarty if you plan to go far with the truck believe me. ive used that thing like crazy the past few days. very glad I have it. ive seen po193, 336, 234 i think out of mine. I will see if I can find out what po602 is.

 

If you look at the Smarty site under NEWS, the P0602 code is a checksum issue that Marco fixed in the new releases. It's not engine related.

 

Thanks Tony. Yes the latest software release does away with the P0602 code. First on the market to do so .
