One minor set back...the protypes will have to be reformed. Set the above listed schedule back another week. Getting there...slowly but SURLEY!

The molds held up fine this go around but I learned about webbing that even the thermoformers were surprised to see.

I have to have a bit more taper on the molds in order to eliminate this glitch.

I will be back at it on Monday, going to Red Deer for a diesel drinking contest this wknd.

Once I get this done I will post the pix and the info.

I thought this was gonna be easy.

Scotty is doing one more go around on the molds. He will be real busy due to his Strongman Cup till the middle of December. I have a feeling he will have something finalized right after that. I am anxious too! It is going to be real cool!

I'd be intersted in the A pillar two guage mount with the grab handle, of course it depends upon the price.

As mentioned, I am pulling out of town to Edmonton for the Final of the World Strongman Cup, tomorrow.

The molds will be the first thing I tackle afterwards.

The Thermoformers shut down over Christmas for two weeks so I hope to get at least one more group of prototypes for fitment before that. Its not far off from being completed.

I apologize for the dragged out timeline, I have had some previous projects and business stuff that is taking priority.

Plus the lovely experience with the molds crushing.

I'll post ASAP!

Scotty
p.s. thanks for all the interest. It has evolved a bit more from my first idea...thanks to feedback on this site.

Yes I was told about it last week. My inlaws to be got one. Its starting to be a bit competitive here on who has the biggest George Grill.

I'm not competing at this comp. I have organized it. I competed in October and will again in April.

I'm too old to compete more then 3 times in a year.
