should I keep my smarty/tst stack or invest elsewhere
I have what's in my sig but after reading on here i'm getting the hint it's pretty much pointless for me to have the tst on my truck right now. Should I sell the tst or keep it for now? I'm waiting for my clutch to go out and i'll buy a new one and I want to get a new turbo and get my tips extruded. Thats prolly as far as i'll go for a while with my truck.
keep it or you will end up buying it again in the long run its a good stack some of the boys on here are making good power doing that stack just get a turbo if you dont have one yet. sure you might be draining the rail now if its on kill but why buy something twice?
Keep it... especially since you are running the Beta and not TNT. TST gives more top end. If you are draining the rail, well that is not the TST fault, but turn Smarty down a little and tune the rest with TST. You'll still have strong low and middle from Smarty and good top end from TST.

What are your egt,s when running both? With my smarty on default num 6 with the beta program i can peg 1400 on the egt scale in a matter of 10-20 seconds. IMHO id remove the tst for the time being, but wouldnt sell it tho
Im have been running the Smarty TNT since it came out to the public, with my EZ doing the pressure. It dyno'ed like 460. I took the timing out of the Smarty and turned TST to 2x0 and it did like 505. The kicker is that about a year before I got the smarty I did 508 with just the TST/EZ stack.
Now for my opinion, since your truck is an 03 like mine. After running the Smarty only for the last six months, I love the extra rpms, and the power is very seamless and smooth. I removed the Smarty about a month ago and turned the TST up on 7x4 and it feels so much more powerful. Dont get me wrong, it is no where as smooth as the smarty, but the TST hits go hard on my truck. So my over all judgement call on an 03 is keep the TST and Smarty and stack them to get best of both worlds.
