Second service what to do?

Nothing else really needs to be changed yet. I'd just make sure to top off all fluids and grease the few zurk fitting you do have. Maybe change the fuel filter. Thats about it.
I recommend doing it yourself if at all possible, just to save money and have a peace of mind that it is done right (or done at all).
Your fuel filter should be changed. I change mine every 10k, but at almost 15k yours is definately due.
DC recommends changing out the Differential fluids at 15k under harsh conditions. I would definately get out that stock fluid as soon as possible. The original break-in fluid looks and smells horrible. After you change it once with some good synthetic GL-5 rated diff fluid it should be fine for a while. I change mine every 20k now.
