Service Techs and Service Writers enjoy...
Our dispatcher has done crazy things in the past such as writing a customers address for a service call when the unit was actually here at the shop, causing the tech to drive to the customers house. She gives directions like "Look for a palm tree and then go to the building behind the building across and down the street from it". One of the best was the tech called in having a hard time finding the address. He asked that she call for directions, he is sitting in front of a mailbox that is a red firetruck. She called and got directions from our shop to the customers house, the last instruction she relayed over the radio after 2 minutes of nonstop chatter? She has a red firetruck mailbox.
But this had me ROFL...
Appliance: Westinghouse Cooktop - Elect - 1963
Complaint: (1) burner not working - customer messed up & died.
I'm thinking of framing it and hanging it above her desk.
