Who's on their second '03?
Who's on their second '03?
I've noticed several guys who have 2003 Rams and are now ordering new ones. The day my first one arrived, I didn't buy it, but ordered another one. So who is, or is thinking of, buying another '03?

ME! Mainly becuase I let my dad borrow my truck for a couple days and he fell in love. He wants to take it and I'm gonna reorder exactly what I want this time.

Ordered my second '03 on 1/27 and I am selling or trading in my first one that I bought on 9/10/02. My reason is that I need a 8' bed. However since I was ordering this one and had the choice I got the High Output/48RE ;D.

Ed: are you getting a good deal on your new HO? I asked a local dealer about trading mine & they want to give me 8,500-9k less than I paid in less than 2 months. I'm just trying to see a comparison. I feel like they're totally unreasonable with that figure....

I am getting soaked for roughly $6,500 dollars. However the situation I am in forces me to live with it. If I did not need an 8' bed I would never do this deal. I understand the dealers situation though, a new truck like mine invoices around 35-36,000 and with rebates and low interest rates they take a gamble with a truck like ours sitting on there lot. I had one dealer tell me he did not even want my truck. My suggestion would be keep yours until the end of the summer and order an early '04 that's not EGR and try to sell yours yourself.
