I have a question about programming revo into smarty jr.
Do I have to return my truck to stock program before downloading revo onto smarty jr?

From what I have been told, on Smarty Sr PoD you don't have to go back to stock. Nice time saver, but if you woried about it, take the extra 5-8 minutes and put it back.

I'm gona test it out tomorrow, since I just got a PM and my vin locked TNT/R in waiting for me on my work email.

 

I would go back to stock I have seen smarty jack up ecm's by not going back to stock first. FIRST hand experience, so just make it easy on yourself and go back to stock before switching tunes

 

No problem here left alone and updated thats it. But if your nevious then put back to stock and update and reload.

The only times I back to stock is for dealer visits and the one time I sent my S04 in to upgrade to POD. I have been through at least a dozen upgrates or software changes. No problems.
