yeah .. i think i did 2 or 3 cuts... one at base of downpipe, one at muffler exit, don't remember if i made a cut at muff inlet??

 

I used a torch with a rose bud tip pulled it all apart saved it for the trip if I have to go back to the dealer. Put Silverline 304 Turbo back sys on the truck. But I used band clamps did not use the U clamps that came in the kit so if it has to come off it wont be that hard to take apart

 

What about the install of an muff delete pipe, if you need the sawzall won't that make the system too short?

 

I cut off part at the head of the muffler but I used the extension they give you for the long beds and made it work.
