Relentless diesel CP3 mod kit

The installation looks real good.
Industrial Injection is mounting a Cp3.4 to the truck. They are a Bosch service center and have access to all sorts of cool stuff. It will be in kit form with a new timing cover and gear to allow it to me mounted. It is an absolutely huge pump and barley fits in the space provided. The complete kit including the new pump should be around $3K when complete. Estimated supported HP on our rigs is 1,000+. Probably won’t be recommended for the daily driver, but too early to tell. It might turn out to be not as violent as everyone thinks.
If you just want more flow and not spend big money, Greeley Automotive & Machine (http://www.gamracingengines.com/) is massaging internal passages and getting extra flow for $300 and is available right now. They have been doing it for a while. They don’t have a lot of info to offer (verified dyno results), but there is a guy here (DTR) that is running one and says good seat-o-pants power improvement. They say for folks that are draining the rail their mod will help the pump keep up and maintain rail pressure on the top end.
Piers is working on one too but is just now getting his ideas together.

Now what you need to do is go ahead and get the Floor-It mod to compliment those 3-flows.
The functional 34,000 psi valve will be ready in about a month.
When the catcher comes through, one of those of course.
That should keep you happy for a while. By the time your ready for twins the brutal power will be old news and you will be ready for more…that's when you add the Relentless mod to the mix and speed that Floor-It pump up. I'm not sure we can comprehend the kind of power that would produce.
You first.

Hmmmmm, I like the CP3.4 method....they should already have a relief valve for its max pressure in a bin somewhere shouldn't they. I think JohnCa is right about the pressure in the lines....we already have unisolated #6 lines cracking. Add another 8k psi...that seems to be approaching what would be the engineering safety factor. How are the injectors handling all this extra pressure. If the EZ on level 6 was taking out injectors what is this going to do. Does anyone know of any pressure upgraded injectors. Buddy, Brett making 685hp on a single turbo before the CP3.4....yikes. With a 3.4 fueling and building boost down low will it be able to spool a super single and still stay cool at WOT. That can't be a SPS 66! Will the CP3.4 be a daily driver. Does anyone know Brett. So many questions?

I believe the reason a box like an EZ on 4/5/6 wears injectors is because it runs higher pressue all the time, including at idle. If it ran sane pressure at idle and regular cruising speed it wouldn't be a problem. All IMHO of course.
