Rail Pressure Bleed Off?

Rail Pressure Bleed Off?
I'm about to install my injectors. and everything I read say's these common rails are self bleeding. Does that mean if I let it sit over night, that the next morning I can pull the fuel rail loose, without getting the crp cut out of me by high pressure fuel? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
