rail pressure

What is normal rail pressure? What happens when it is to high, and what would cause high pressure. I don't know if 26500-27000 is to high at wot if it is what should I do? Get bigger injectors?

same question

well mine is an 03 but tonight on the freeway i was on hot and the guage at wot held at 22.5 and settled at 25.
