looking at a used set- installing the brackets that come with the tow hooks- do you use bolts already on the bumper brackets,etc to install the tow hook brackets- or should there be bolts with the tow hook kit to install the tow hook brackets? thanks.

On my 03, for each tow hook, there were 4 bolts, 2 nuts, and 1 bracket that had two bolt holes in it. The brackets were used on the side where it was hard to get your hand in there to hold a nut.
On my 07 there were just 4 bolts and 4 nuts holding the tow hooks in....
