Quadzilla Race 0-70-140
I'm thiiiiissss close to buying a box, and found a Quad race version used for a supper good price...I searched and found nothing on the race zilla'.
The BDPP looks solid, but the price on the zilla' is hard to pass up. Any feedback?
I'm running stock turbo and clutch on a 04/305...Clutch upgrade is in the future, but turbo will have to last a while. Will I have to keep her on the 70hp setting until I can huff the gas in greater volume?
Thanks.

I've never heard of a quad downloader and don't believe they exist.
I am one of the beta testers for the new Quadzilla XZillaraider modules. These are brand new and not the same as the previous quad boxes. The production versions should be out in a week or so. The standard module is 30-60-100hp, and the race is 60-100-140.
Rockrover - if you choose the race model - when towing you'll only be able to run the lowest 60hp level, and maybe not even that with a stock turbo/clutch. When empty you can run the 100hp setting as long as your clutch can take it. I know with the stock 48re that is pushing it. The 60hp level is sweet though - a huge gain from stock and quite smooth. PS you haven't found anything on this because it's not out yet.

You better hurry and look at that link because it will be gone very fast. This is the old "Race" module and it will go to 140hp.
We did have a DL, but we only used it for a short period of time until some new stuff was finished. They work good, but the new stuff works even better.
Rockrover,
I don't want to stop you from buying it, but that module would be pretty old and I would make sure everything is right on it. It utilizes the cam and crank plugs and a lot of them got broken.
If you think you need some questions answered about it call tech.

Quad, was there other reasons for going away from the downloader? The D.L.works really well with the t.s.t however it does set some codes when stacked, where as my ez never did in my 2003.
