My computer threw p0148 (Fuel delivery error) at me as I just started up today. Before I read how
to pull it up on odo, I took it to dealer. He said map sensor voltage was low.

Are these related to each other or not? Do I need to clear the code from the odo, and if so how do I do that?

I was on 100 setting just getting ready to get on freeway. Had just left house when this happened.

Dealer says unplug box. Said they do wierd things to truck computers

I need feedback, info.Where do I go from here?

forgot to mention truck died when this happened.

Does the truck run ok? Wonder if you popped the fuel pressure relief valve.

reseat all of the connectors, including the one on the module. then try again. The light may still be lit, but will go out after 3 complete cycles if all parameters are in spec. A cycle is complete warm up, and cool down, like 3 days of going to work. IF the truck still wont run right after reseating, PM quad and ask for some help, he is really good about it.

dude, you're lucky, the dealer just told you to unplug? My local dealer would have red flagged the vin instantly.

 

My dealer & I had an "UNDERSTANDING" BEFORE I purchased the quad box.

He has this UNDERSTANDING with other good customers.

Is "Map sesor low voltage" related to P 0148: fuel delivery error?

 

I got that from turning the **** to fast. every time with foot on petal and turn the **** quick, check engine comes on along with code

 

I didnt turn the **** to the fast setting. I had just started truck that day, cruised out of driveway down fm to get on freeway when truck died.

truck was on 100 setting when I started it. Didn't touch a thing.

 

Ran all day yesterday on 100 setting. No problems...... the great computer world!!!...... nothing will ever make sense again.
