OUTSTANDING. period.

I sent in my XZT box to get retuned (removal of timing so it will work with Diablo Predator).
It got there on Friday... they made the changes... and sent it out on Friday. Same day service.
AND they didn't charge me anything!

I asked if I could pay for shipping and they said "No, it's taken care of"...
My hat goes off to Quad. If other companies treated customers like this... I think this would be an even better country. I will be a customer of Quads for life. I am nothing if not loyal...

 

YEP! You open Websters and look under Customer Support, Quads picture is there! Not only that, but a sweet product as well.

 

Yup, after I had gotten rid of my Race box and gotten the EZ he told me he could have done the same for me. (Delete the timing advance) Had I only known......

 

Hmmmmm......sent my EZ in a week ago (2/3 day delivery) , and as of yesterday, they had no info on it....?

 

I have been working with Roarke at Quad with some install help with my Commander and getting my XZT to work with it. He has been very helpful and we should have it worked out by next week. I can't ask for anything more than that.

that is why there are so many members of the quad squad. they take care of their customers, and the loyal customers take care of them by spreading the word.
