Just so everyone understands, if you have a problem with a vendor, deal with the vendor. If you have had a bad experience and feel like you need to share, make sure it doesn't become a personal attack. Arguing and flaming will not be tolerated!

 

Man wrong place to complain. I can understand your frustrations but it's not need to be taken out here in a public rage. Unfortunately for Quad when a product is so popular like most companies they are not able to keep them in stock. These products are made by a company that can only keep up at a certain extent. and I am sure it is not feesable for quad just to say give me 1 million of those!!! It sucks that you've been waiting but that's unfortuanately a fact of life. Bashing on here is wrong!! I personally would understand your situation and quad's and I would stand up for myself being quad when someone on here vents to no avail.. Unfortunately this is america and nothing is perfect any more, if anything? He is only relaying the info he is getting from the manufacturer..

I know his frustrations I have $10,000 in windows on order.. First order got screwed up and and lost second order 7 windows missing.. Mad you betchaaa it's costing me money sitting on that job.. Instead of making $17000 last week I was not profitable?? But what can I do.. Scream and yell but that doesn't get anything done... So either move on or wait for an excellent product and customer service.

I personally will stand for quad as he has helped me in many ways and for one reason alone that I believe is Golden...

There is no other Chip manufacturer other than Bob Wagner that is on here every day helping customers!!! No edge, bullydog, superchip, or what not...
That is priceless..

So I'm done now!!

In all reality this should have been taken care of elsewhere and not on public forums...

Been there done that in PM for the last 2 weeks and on the phone. I won’t publish the PMs No bashing here I have moved on I even received a warning for flaming. I don’t really care how well the Quad performs or how cheap it is, it will never be installed on my truck based on the CS I received from the company. If you have one great enjoy it and be happy.
