Quad Commander Problem

Finally got my Commander installed and my screen isn't working. When in turns on you can barely read performance on it then it goes to the gauge screen then blanks out. I've rechecked all connections and have checked my ground three times. Also got the fuel pressure kit and I am not sure how to hook up the rail kit. They explain how to hook it up to an xzt but I have a power puck. Can they work with each other. Thanks and sorry for the book

I am trying to remeber which one goes where??? If I remember the brown wire from the commander tap's in to the map sensor???? I can't remember for sure... I'd have to go and look at mine but it's in town.. If no one can help let me know and I will find out for sure...

Don't know on the blank screen though???

Thanks for the reply. I have a wire at the map sensor already. I'm guessing its for the boost. I think it goes to the plug out of the top of the rail but I don't know which wire to tap. If you ya get a chance to look let me know.
Thanks again

Doesn't always have to be a bad ground, you might check the fuse tap to make sure it has a good connection too. As for the rail sensor mine is on the green wire of the Xzillaraider plug. Short of that, it is the middle of the three wires . Should be the same on a puck or any other box. Make sure it is hooked up to the plug in at the sensor, not the factory plug in if you have a box.

+1 on the fuse tap. Mine would do that until I finally got a good connection.

I've changed the power around three times but i will try it once more. Rail sensor goes to middle wire off the plug? Thanks Also VZDUDE might want to check the thread on here now about K&N or not to K&N. Some bad mojo floating around about it.

Yeah, I've been watching that! I've checked my tube numerous times for signs of dirt/dust and been fine. No oil either in the tube or turbo.

I had to send my first one back too, and you're right, it sucked. BUT, it was worth the wait. The new one has worked flawlessly!!! Don't hesitate to call Jeremy at the tech #, he is a good guy and easy to work with.

Got my new Commander today and everything works but the fuel pressure. Just reads 0. Checked all the connections and still nothing. Any guesses? Surely I didn't get to bad commanders.

Isn't there something about a fiber washer and the fule pressure fitting? I don't have the install stuff in front of me.

My Fuel reading is typically at 8 and will drop to 4 if I get on it hard for a few seconds.
