I have the Industrial injection towing twins and I am about to change both the high and low presser turbos agin. The first time the high presser turbo failed and now the low presser has failed and took the high with it. From what I can tell the bushing failed. I do not know what to do???

 

Yeah, my I.I. turbo failed and I got a bad response and was talked to nasty, so that was that...

 

I had an SPS62 that failed within 1k miles, thrust bushing on the compressor side went south. In addition to filling my exhaust with oil and lots of blue smoke, it also sent oil all through my charge air cooler.

At first Brady at II believed my AFE Stage 2 was to restrictive? Kind of went around and around for awhile, but he finally agreed to send me a new turbo before receiving the failed one back so as to minimize my down time.

When I received my new turbo it was a polished Silver62! He called me about a week after recieving the failed turbo, and after determining the cause. The oil analysis was good, no problem other than a faulty thrust bushing. He was very concerned that I was satisfied, and I was very grateful for the way I was treated.

The Silver62 did not turn out to be my favorite because I tow sometimes, but it was a fun street charger.

 

thanks for the posts. I have to call Brady on monday, after I think after I get them back I am going to sell them and buy diffrent set. Dose any one have any good ideas

 

If I had the money, I've heard really good things about MPI twins...
