Question Please help, EGT gauge problem

Ok I have had my Isspro gauges for a while now and it is time that I finally do something about my problem. To start off, the first EGT gauge I recieved was bad, did not work at all, so I got a new one sent out and installed and it worked great for about 3 days. One day when I was comming home from a trip the gauge started acting up, it would read then just quit then start again. I was told by Isspro that it was a bad amplifier box, so I got a new one installed and guess what, it doesnt work. So I get a new gauge sent out, that doesnt work. But if I open the hood, wiggle the high temp lead wire, it reads until you hit the gas then it quits, so I ordered a new lead wire and installed it today and it worked for about 5 minutes then it quit and now it reads sometimes when I let off the gas. The only thing I know left to do is order a new probe? Can someone help me find the problem with this? Sorry for the long post, just wanted everyone to know the whole situation. Thanks in advance.

Autometer sent me a bad trans temp gauge and after i added the new probe it worked fine. They thought the gauge was bad, when the probe was really the culprit

sounds like you narrowed it down to the source. you replaced everything else.

Thats what I was thinking Sevir, but just wanted to check before I went and spent 50 bucks for something that should have worked right in the first place?
