Well today did the EGT gauge. And the drill bit broke off into the manifold. All i have to say is you have to take off a bunch of crap to get the manifold off. Took forever with a ton of busted knuckles. Now i have a terrible whisle/wine too. And no its not a good turbo wine. I think i missed something when installing everything back in. So, come monday going to go back into it and hopefully figure it out. I think it is either exhaust connection to the turbo or the air intake connection into the turbo. I will see monday wish me luck guys.

 

Did the bit shear flush with the manifold? If not, couldn't you have put a vise grip on the bit and back it out?

 

Tried that and that is how it fell in the rest of the way.
