Pretty much stock configuration. Any extra boost on that intercooler will eventually pop it. If you plan on doing ANY upgrades get rid of that thing first!Mine popped about 40 miles outside of my Vegas destination. It left me doing some roadside/farm engineering to fix it. JB Weld and ratchet straps! were my friends!

If you can get rid of it. You can find them pretty cheap, or in my case free. My dad just traded his 04.5 for an 08 and we swapped the intercoolers off of his over to my 05 in a little over an hour.

Mine went on a stock engine,if it is not leaking now,it will be soon.
I found a place that sells brand new all metal units for $375.00.Supposed to be the vendor for Dodge. I will let you know how it fits/works when I get it.

Got the intercooler today, nice heavy unit all aluminum.Took about 20 min to install.Fit perfect, like the factory one.Came with all the insulators, just had to dig up 4 larger metric bolts.$375.00 seems like a good deal compared to the $550.00 the dealer wanted. Tight budget right now!

Mine is still holding at 61,000 miles. I know i am on borrowed time. It should be covered under warranty if it goes. Someone correct me if i am wrong. Justin

I wouldn't count on them taking care of it. You're missing you cat, have a cold air intake, and a intake horn. There is a possibility they will look at it and say you caused it.

It is a nationwide chain,I got mine from New Jersey-973-276-1500 ask for Nelson or Adam. I live in NEPA and they shipped it for $5.00!
When I brought it back to the dealer so they can put the warranty turbo on even they were impressed.
