performance shops near Oklahoma/Texas?

I've been looking for shops within a few hours drive and haven't come up with much so far. Who would you guys recommend (with website links or phone #'s if you have them please)? Basically anyone who sells and can install trans, turbos, fuel systems, etc.

Jim Northrum / DTT Transmissions - Midlothian, Tx website
Performance Diesel - Near Tyler, Tx? - http://dieselhotrods.com
FloorIt Diesel - Lawrence, KS - http://www.flooritdiesel.com

Who else can i add to my list? Before I start playing too much more, I need to find a shop I can count on to recommend and help install the goodies and to bail me out of trouble if I ever break anything.

Performance diesel in Emory, TX. Does that sort of work on a daily basis and has an in house dyno.

Ask for Jim 903-473-1144

Ht Offroad is just South of Fort Worth can probably handle it as well.

I know Jim on a personal level and would send him my personal truck in a heartbeat without blinking. Fair, honest and will do it right the first time.

Wes Snow can sell you some stuff and install...dont think he does transmissions though. James Northum comes highly recommended for transmissions

City muffler & Performance sells some stuff, they used to do some installs, don't know if they still do though. I think they're over on sw rockwell.(okc)

Blumenthals does manual trans work, don't know if they do anything with automatics. They're also in okc.

Try http://www.muscletruckspc.com/ in Ponder TX. 10 miles W of Denton. They also have a tranny shop in Denton, and one of the best tranny men around. They also have a $100,000 dyno that you can test out your mods on.

James Northum in Midlothian, Texas gets my vote. He did my tranny, FASS then Glacier, turbo (when i had a single), manifold, intercooler, studs, leveling kit, shocks, etc, etc. He can do it all! I highly suggest this guy.

I travel 35 to Whitesboro(from Norman) all the time. Now that most of the construction is trough, it a good road. Good luck with whoever you choose.
