So how do I check my CP3 to see if it's working okay? I'll hopefully have the fuel pressure gauge in there this week so I'll know the pressure up to the CP3.

Talked with John from Floor It. Turns out it wasn't the CP3. It was the settings on the TST. I'm now running Rail Pressure 2, Power 6, Torque 4 and it drives beautifully. I didn't have enough time this morning to test it higher than that but thanks to all the info John told me the truck is driving very smoothly AND no more turbo bark.

Okay got to play on the ride home. Life was great until I got the hesitation again with the box on 7/5. At first I though, oh great here it is again, then I realized that my egts were hitting 1350 which is where my hi-point is and it was defueling. I've already got a 5" turbo back exhaust setup .. I guess I'm back to my original thread title .. Do I need a bigger turbo now? Man does this thing pull hard up until that point though.

What about meeting at the Mapleview Mall. That's right on the QEW but in Burlington (not really all that far from Hamilton). It's big, got lots of stuff near it and is very easy to get to.
Google Maps link of where the mall is.
