I want to install a real oil pressure guage. I understand I can use the tap at the top of the oil filter mount. Anyone do this yet or have information on it? Pictures are always nice

 

here is one pic of the remote line i used when mounting my sending unit. it is a standard 1/8"NPT fitting....

It appears not very many have gone to a more accurate oil pressure guage as of yet.

Where did you end up mounting the guage?

 

i've got it sitting in the little junk hole in front of the 4x4 floor shifter... it's just a cheap parts house gauge, but it works... i am waiting until i can find a stellar deal on some spa 213 [i think that's it, the press/temp one] and i'll get 3 of them... so i can see oil pressure, fuel pressure, air pressure, oil temp, water temp, trans temp-or-diff temp-or-intake air temp...
