OEM Cablights

Has anyone installed an OEM cablight set & have the directions left over they can pm me or email me or post up here. It would really be appreciated. I have a good idea on how to do it but the wiring has got me paranoid on which wires to use. I know, I being a baby about this simple project but I don't want to get knee deep into this, come to a point where I'm confused & then it start raining. Thanks .

I just did mine last weekend, but the instructions in the box were for fog lights! It's pretty easy aside from the BIG holes to be drilled in your $$$$$$ truck. I used the white/gray wire in the passenger side a pillar, just check for 12VDC to ground to find your wire before you start.

If you're already to the wiring part your home free. The white and grey wire like Ritikul8 said is the one. If your unsure and you have a test light just poke it in the wire and turn the lights on and off. That's actually the wiring harness used for cab lights from the factory so you're pretty safe there. Plus it's easier than pushing it through the firewall like the directions say. As for the ground I just screwed it into a roof brace. Make sure you don't poke it through the roof! I'm sorry I don't have the write up yet. Lot going on with work and family. I'll get there. I've got a little time coming up this weekend. If you have any pressing questions now you can either post them here or PM me, I'll be glad to help out.

t-boe,
I looked for that wire your talking about & couldn't find it. Is in the a-pillar on the pass. side? Is it hidden in there?

Thanks to eveyone for your help so far.

Did you take the a-pillar all the way off? It will be down close to the dashboard. It will have a female plug connector on it. Remember the a-pillar has to come all the way off it'll be there.
