I personally dont, but there are two of them in town, one is a 2005 ctd and a 2004? ctd, both making VERY respectable power. They are always adding or tweaking power under the hood, but no tranny troubles yet. The older one is running 12.0 +/- with 4.10's. He has just upgraded to 3.73, not sure what he is going to run now.

But back on topic, I dare say that both trucks are running 500 plus and have had no trouble with the tranny.

I have a heavy hauler tranny, and love it, no problems with it at all.

Morkable has one as well and hes pushing lots of power through his and hasent had any issues this year.

Yes, he has. It is a full race though - not a hauler. It was just rebuilt before August Blackout. Shhhhhhh! It made it down the track without breaking that weekend........we're all encouraged by that. They may have gotten it right this time.

I've seen morkables truck run, and to say that he's putting through good power is a bit of an understatment, to say the least.

that being said, i'm also thinking about an nadp full race, and would hope that i can beat the tar out of my truck with the 600 or so hp that i hope to make eventually, and not have any problems, especially if they are rated for 800. i'll be watching this thread for comments, experiences, etc.

I too am curious about how the Heavy Haulers stand up. Come spring mines gonna need a replace. Also wondering how they are at handleing Warranty issues, cause face it everyone has a certain amount of failures, it's all in how they handle them. I don't like to play the "it's something else" game. Myself I will spend the extra $$ if I get good product and service when needed.

Ummmmm..........with this comment I cannot hold back anymore.

This is not a bash, but the plain honest truth. The day I refused to sport the aforementioned company's colors, or advertising if you will on my truck...........say stickers all over windows, body, bumpers, and wherever else..................is the day that prices went stupidly high for parts and service went to crap.

Any details.........I will keep away from the open forums.

I have no stickers or shirt, but my billet trans has been hauling, working, dyno and to the track for a 2 years now.

If NADP wants to send me a shirt, I would proudly wear it.

They are decent units. We only used a few of them, and they are subject to the same randomness as everything else. Now, on their manual transmissions I have had NO LUCK! One customer blew 2 NV4500's up in 14 months (making respectable, but not crazy power), the only race series we played with is on my bench now. Fwd planet failed. took out the billet intermediate, smoked everything in the case. Pretty impressive failure, but this is a 2.5 year old transmission in a 600 megacab on 38's that tows, so, I think it held up good.
